WR - internal finish - varnished deck

The results of a lot of hard work.

The original materials (Hull, gunwales, the bow and stern airboxes - known as whalebacks) are all painted.

Replica materials (bulkheads, deck, side aircases etc) are all varnished. The wood is maturing to a deeper, mellower and richer colour.
