They're Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace.

The Old Guard prepares to turn left onto the Mall en route to St James' Palace after the New Guard took over.

We were playing tourists in London with our friends visiting from overseas.

HFF, Pete. Imagine trying to fight in that headgear! (Wikipedia tells me that they *did* fight in their bearskins, and that a great number of national armies have/had the same type of headgear. It's a wonder there are any bears left.)
