It is unusual for construction to occur at night, but at this site, these workers were acting together with the crane operator to catch and attach the panel to the side of the building.

I like the composition and the (few) colors.
Also, the black background brings more impact.
Good light, but a little overexposed.
The decision of taking at a lower angle of the object turns the building bold and impressive.
A good capture.
