Sydenham House


Sydenham House at 22 Fawcett Street, Sunderland was built as a shop and offices between 1889 and 1891. The architect was Frank Caws and the contractors David and John Rankin. The terracotta is by J C Edwards of Ruabon. Frank Caws had his own office in these buildings. It is listed Grade II.
