Lanstroper Egg
This water tower was designed in 1904/05 by the company August Klonne in Dortmund for the Municipal Gas and Water Works Unna. Until 1980 it was used for the water supply of Lanstrop, Derne, Mengede, Brambauer and parts of the city Lunen.
The "Lanstroper Egg" has a height of over 18 metres, a diameter of 14 metres and a capacity of 2,000 cubic metres of water. The whole tower is 60 metres high.
