Hancock, Lane End, Buckley

Hancock's at Lane End was the last brickworks in Buckley. Established in 1792 by John Rigby and William Hancock. In 1956 it became the property of the Castle Firebrick Company and then Butterley Brick in 1971 Closure was announced in February 2003.
