St. Saviours
The tin tabernacle at the Midland Railway Centre, Butterley, was originally built as St. Saviours Church in Westhouses. This church was built in the late 1890s by the Midland railway for the workers and families at this rather remote depot. In 1995 it was moved to Butterley where it is still occasionally used for services.
