Descending Tenterden Bank

Austerity HE3791 cautiously descends Tenterden Bank on the approaches to Rolvenden on the Kent & East Sussex Railway. The straw on the road was a relic of a recent foot and mouth disease scare and had presumably been soaked in disinfectant when first laid down.
