Parker's Burslem Brewery Ltd
On Pitt Street East in Burslem are the few remains of the brewery of Parker's Burslem Brewery Co Ltd. According to the Brewery History Society website the brewery was founded in 1860, and registered as Parker's Burslem Brewery Co Ltd in 1889. It was acquired by Ind Coope & Allsopp Ltd in 1949 along with 468 tied houses. Brewing ceased in 1963. Most of the brewery buildings were demolished in the 1990s.
