Flowers

The first I've seen this year - lovely! Just spotted while walking through the woods.

A tiny tree now in full flower, each blossom only a centimetre across.

I've never really noticed flowers on these plants before. Does anyone know what the little tube is behind the flower - is that nectar oozing out? It all gets a bit weird when you get so close.

I suddenly noticed the flowers coming out on the rosemary bush, a real sign of spring.
