Blushing

In an effort to overcome my timidness regarding taking people's portraits,
I practiced on this cabbage.
As I have learned from the experts,
I approached the subject and engaged in small talk.
I then paid a compliment on her interesting appearance.
Then I asked for permission to take a photo.
Perhaps I overdid the compliments judging from this deep blush!
The other cabbages nearby were green with envy!

This photo was taken by a Kowa/SIX medium format film camera and KOWA 1:5.6/110 lens attached to a T3 extension tube using Fuji Pro 400-H film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitalized with Photoshop.
