This image was captured with a Kiev 60 medium format film camera with a MC BOЛHA-3 2.8/80 lens using Kodak Ektar 100 film, scanned by an HP Scanjet G4050 and digitalized with Photoshop.

It seems that you were attracted by the vivid colours and contrast (yellow/green) or perhaps by that bull-dog... (:-) that's not bad of course, I'd have chosen however the propeller higher above against the blue sky... but as the saying goes: different folks, different strokes.

I usually carry a camera and shoot that which attracts my eye.
So, you are correct - the composition that you suggest could indeed be nice.
