A new friend

We had a bit of fun on our Calgary Christmas Bird Count two mornings ago, when we bumped into this hilarious little Pomeranian (not my favourite kind of dog, I have to admit) and her owner. Talk about a little dog who was thrilled to bits to come across a group of people! It did go through my mind that, if I had hardwood floors, and IF this little dog had a button I could press, it would do an excellent job of being one of those little, round, electric floor sweepers that work all by themselves, lol! As you can see, we all got covered in falling snow that day.
