Gerbera flower centre

The three Gerbera Daisies that I bought from Safeway maybe a week ago have gone the same way as the beautiful miniature Roses - drooped and withered. They were all so pretty for the day or two that they were in good shape. I always get flowers wrapped, in the hope that they won't suffer from the bitterly cold weather between store and my car, but maybe the cold does still affect them. This is a macro of part of the centre of the Gerbera - pretty, I thought, and lovely colours together.
