Explored! Thank you very much :-)

SATURDAY SELF-CHALLENGE
27 OCTOBER 2018
"EVERYONE CAN CHOOSE SOMETHING THEY'VE LEARNED HERE IN SSC AND TAKE A PHOTO USING THIS TECHNIQUE. YOU CAN EXPLAIN WHY YOU LIKE USING THE TECHNIQUE".

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, EVERYONE :-)

Despite the best intentions I often take photos with the camera at 6 feet off the ground looking straight ahead :-)

The last challenge (Looking Up) made me stop and think about my photography a bit more. I have started to spend more time studying the scene/subject before pressing the shutter. And, I've been taking quite a few shots looking up!

I got a stiff neck taking this shot and, in addition, I tried to include a few diagonal lines :-)

I'm so happy that you have been inspired to try something new and interesting to you. This is so pretty with the diagonal lines and the great detail of the tree.

I'm also happy that you could join us here in SSC. I know you have had to be careful with your time online so I'm very honored you could spend some of it here with us. Happy anniversary, Roger. :)
