Another grid
For those unfamiliar with cattle grids, they consist of a concrete boxed trench across the road, typically about 1 metre wide. Parallel steel bars about 100mm apart are across the trench. The structure works as a gate for livestock while allowing wheeled vehicles to cross. The concrete sometimes has a sharp lip which could damage tyes if not approached carefully (as here in the centre). Maybe view large to see detail.
