We have had a wetter than usual summer here. Today has been the highest rate of rainfall in years. This is the view from the lounge room window. During a brief lessening of the rain I checked the letterbox, see pip. February 2022.

It's certainly been an amazing weather sequence, so much rainfall for so long! I feel for all those people affected by flooding.

There was more water in the front yard than in the 2011 flood.
