Another great glass plate photo! I guess it probably is a Bible, but it would be interesting to know what else people were reading when pictures like this were taken.

This is so nice. The older woman's face is thoroughly engaging. It looks like they may be perched on a bale of hay but whatever it is it looks precarious to me. I'm thinking it's a Sunday and they are studying the scriptures.
