Baby On A Blanket, 1949

Uploaded for the Vintage Photo Theme Park theme of "blankets or quilts". Another challenging one for me! I really admire those of you who found blankets or quilts as the main theme in your posted photographs - cool! Here the blanket is a tartan looking fringed one - perhaps put down for a picnic.
This is a photo of my mother's very close friend Jill, who was a war bride and emigrated to New Orleans. This is a photo she sent to my mother, Hazel Gregory, in England of herself and her second child, Ann, taken when they were on vacation on Ottowa in 1949.
