"Our Billy"
Not sure exactly who these people are - but they're relatives on Brian's paternal grandmother's side. (Agnes Forsyth.) I think the little girl is "Emma" (from another photo.) I can't make out the word that's missing. (it's torn) Any guesses? The first letter is possibly "p" or "f" the second letter is "a" and it ends in "se." 7 or 8 letters possibly.
