Mary (Polly) King

I wish I could say, like corduroy cat did for her post, that this was an advertisement for a florist, or a fancy dress costume, but sadly, I think it was just Polly's rather eccentric way of "dressing up" for her portrait.
I'm submitting this recently cropped view of the photo to the Vintage Theme Park group to highlight the flowers for this weeks theme - but the original photo is larger. I cropped it several days ago to put into a GGG Grandparents' Album. Here's the original:
