Built in 1935 by Werkspoor. Diesel-electric engine. 85 BHP, Vmax 60 km/h. These shunters had the nickname sik , that is goatee in English. Why they were called "sik", I do not know. These shunters are very popular as a monument in front of buildings or companies that are rail-related.
