Resting tree
After standing up for a some years, the tree decided to rest against the house.

So obvious that was going to happen for the tree is smothered in Ivy, and the one on the right will soon fall, though perhaps away from the house.

This is part of a neglected area. I think the house is abandoned and the garden and the trees aren't maintained. Normally trees are checked every two years, but I don't think it has been done here.

I did a bit of research: every tree owner has a duty of care for his trees. A tree owner can be held accountable for the damage caused by the tree, unless he can prove he take proper care of his tree. This means that the tree has to be checked between once a year or once every five years, depending on the location of the tree.

In this case the owner of the tree and the owner of the house seem to be the same, so there is no case.
