Boeren-Leidse Kaas
Farm-Made Leyden Cheese. It has a lower fat content than Gouda Cheese and it is flavoured with cumin seed. The low fat meant it keeps longer, which was very useful on long sea voyages of the Dutch East India Company.

Under EU regs doesn't it have to be made in Gouda?

As the Leyden Cheese that is most kind of you, however it would be even better if you were to deliver it your self next summer ;¬)
