Boeren-Leidse Kaas
Farm-Made Leyden Cheese. It has a lower fat content than Gouda Cheese and it is flavoured with cumin seed. The low fat meant it keeps longer, which was very useful on long sea voyages of the Dutch East India Company.

They usually sell some Dutch cheese in France, but I cannot remember if they sell Leyden Cheese.
