Meißen 2013 – Wolfgang von Schleinitz (✝ 1523)

Meißen 2013 – Wolfgang von Schleinitz (✝ 1523)
Wolfgang von Schleinitz was a very beautiful man, but he stipulated that he should be depicted as he looked after several weeks under the ground, so that he wouldn't feel proud.

St. Afra Church. The church dates from 984. From 1205 it became part of a cloister until the cloister was dissolved in 1540. The church became Lutheran. The cloister buildings were turned into a school.
