Although the San Juan building behind the Puerto Rico Policia Estatal Ford Crown Victoria looks fairly nice, the building opposite is deserted and attracts some unwanted attention. The officers were dealing with such an instance. The car is marked 'Tourist Police' on the side of the boot (trunk).
