Annaig, At this time we're seeking outside help. The most recent IT company we worked with is out of business. We're checking with another company and seeking out a third alternative. In the meantime, our IT team has reviewed programming code with the hope of finding something. They also claim our site like others his facing a bot problem. Hope we'll have a better update soon. Also as Patrick suggested, please don't go away. Hopefully the problem will be resolved by the time your subscription is due.
