Thank you Erin. You're right -- actually many times cemeteries have exceptional sculptures and beautiful landscapes --> especially the historic ones such that they are outdoor museums with no admission charge. They are also ecological sanctuaries since the peace and quiet often provide a welcoming atmosphere for wildlife.

Personally I view cemeteries as an enduring link where life (the wildlife as well as natural flowers) persists despite lingering stereotypes.

I've taken photos that also exhibit emotions and grief. Maybe I'll upload a few. We'll see.

At one time, a chipmunk emerged from under the bushes!
