Wünsche noch einen schönen Abend, liebe Grüße Güni :))
Bonne soirée Don
belle journée Don ! Amitiés♫
I like the idea, Don
Except to ponder its creation, which owes half - if not more - to an algorithm. An algorithm devised by people who often have nothing to do with art except its faithful reproduction.
Right. I admit I'm a retrograde! ;)
A wonderful allegory, I don't deny it. But who have I to congratulate?
Sincerely yours,
Eric
Don Sutherland club has replied to Eric Desjours clubIt is a shared undertaking between human and AI. Both the prompts and the algorithm provide inputs for creativity. I don't think one should discount the imagination that might go into the development of prompts. Moreover, the person using the AI ultimately renders the final judgment as to whether the image is sufficient for his or her needs or tastes.
In the meantime, my learning journey continues.
Eric Desjours club has replied to Don Sutherland clubYou say: "Moreover, the person using the AI ultimately renders the final judgment as to whether the image is sufficient for his or her needs or tastes". Minimizing this person's contribution is tantamount to denigrating his earlier work, which I have admired, I agree.
You aptly point out the contradiction inherent in my criticism (and in those of others who join me). So this goes beyond the point of view from which I was speaking, to that of subjectivity.
To be explored further...
Freundliche Grüße und einen guten Abend
Erich
