"There are sharks?"

An AI generation. A young lifeguard stares in disbelief at her smartphone after receiving a text message alert that sharks have been spotted in the water. She is unaware that one of the sharks has come ashore. Fortunately for her, the shark begins to fall apart outside the water much as a hurricane falls apart after making landfall.

Phenomenal creation! I suppose with the oceans boiling from climate change, sharks are trying to find an escape. Too bad to save their lives, they're breaking apart. :( Also, hope the phone is linked to video of the beach's waters so the lifeguard can look out for everyone in the water!

the lady's biological details are for sure closer to reality than the shark's ;-)))

Very true. It was difficult to generate an image where the shark would actually start to fall apart to fit the idea behind the generation.

I can see why our politicians are getting worried when AI comes up with totally lifelike figures such as this. Rather frightening a way. However as with your other AI examples this is a fine bit of imaginative work and at least you are not passing it off as real. Well done Don.

IMO, all AI work should be labeled as such. Transparency is important. Finally, Sora--an AI video generator--is being tested.

A large proportion of male viewers would say "What shark?" A small proportion would note that the right breast looks a little out of skew, the horizon is not level and so on ~but all would congratulate you on a job well conceived & executed ~ Best wishes

Beautifully done and a great story Don. I imagine the sharks she normally has to deal with have two legs - and are equally as dangerous!!

It’s interesting that the AI can’t cope with that poetic, complex part of your description: Fortunately for her, the shark begins to fall apart outside the water much as a hurricane falls apart after making landfall.’
