Song To The Siren - This Mortal Coil This is about the mythological creatures. A siren song typically refers to the song of the siren, a dangerous creature in Greek mythology who lured sailors with their music and voices to shipwreck. Sirens are used as a symbol of the dangerous temptation embodied by women regularly throughout Christian art of the medieval era. "Siren" can also be a slang term for a woman considered very attractive and dangerous.

Hugr and Munr are best known through the names of Odin's ravens "Hugn" and "Munin" or, "thought" and "memory" which is satisfactory, but still falls short.
