Taken at the Featherdale Wildlife Park near Sydney, Australia. The Panasonic GX85 did pretty well in the low lighting at this facility.

I was walking on the beach in Bluff Cove and saw a group of penguins arriving from the sea. They arrived, saw me there, and started to walk quickly along the shoreline. I just stood where I was, and took lots of photos. Nikon D700

Taken at Bluff Cove in the Falklands. The managers there told us to not cross the rope line between the pathway and the rookery. However, the penguins decided to ignore the barrier, and we got a lot of good closeups. Nikon D700

Taken when we visited Zuerich in early 1992. We had a Eurrail Pass so could take the boating trip around Lake Zuerich. The sun was just poking through the clouds on this cold February day.
