I'm sorry your day was difficult, but you managed to create a beautiful photo with that wonderful light in it. I hope after you took this you got to pause and breath.

I'm going to guess that this was taken without for sight and was taken as you went through you day. Am I right?

And I hope that at least this moment of photographing didn't add to the difficulty of your day, but instead gave you one smile.

Sorry for uploading the photo after the deadline. I confess I didn't notice the date.

I had planned to take a specific photo that day to post in the group, but a family member suffered a serious fall and had to spend the day in the hospital with her while she underwent all sorts of medical tests.

When I finally got home and sat for a while on the back porch, I noticed that last ray of sunlight and thought it was a beautiful image. It was my last chance to take a photo.

The delay in posting the photo is due to the fact that the patient hasn't fully recovered and requires constant attention.

Fortunately, the light at the end of the tunnel is now visible...

I always accept late photos taken on the correct day when there are extenuating circumstances.
No formal rules that keep us from being kind to one another.
