HFF from Valencia again

You were spoilt for fences in Valencia Nick! I'm wondering what the pointed building/sculpture is? A great perspective and very atmospheric light. HFF.

This shot was taken long before Happy Fence Friday was concieved Rosa :)) I didn't look inside the pointy hat box (for a wizzard of course) I suspect the answer is some sort of plants ~ Hanwe
