How long has this bicycle been attached to the fence?

Well it seems to have been regularly maintained despite its obvious age!

My dear Peter,

As you said a nice puzzle, the chain is rusty and and has spider web on it but i think it is still working...it doesn't look in that bad a condition! Also it makes a very nice picture.
And this picture brings so nice memories from Brugge!
