I am pleased you found it interesting.
Now let us calculate... The rotation is around 15 degrees (ie 1/24 revolution) in 1/8 second, so about 1 revolution in around 3 seconds.
I tried a few different exposure times, and a longer time makes it difficult to make out the blades, as they spend less percentage time in each part of the image...... The best seemed to be 10 or 20 degrees worth of rotation.
