For my mandatory daily outing I often take a walk down the riverbank here. All the houses are on the opposite bank, but on this particular day I had the camera (for no particular reason) and just happened to see these colourful balloons!

My 'daily walk' route is often along the river bank path (to the left side), and past this spot. The bridge is 'private' and only goes to a couple of houses (which are accessed properly from the public road anyway) . I passed there again today, but no sign of Cynthia or the balloons!
