I think you are right! In England bakers traditionally gave some extra bread, hence we have the phrase " A bakers dozen" (meaning 13).

My dear Füsun,

Breakfast time was always very nice there! We could sit on the balcony overlooking the Bosphorus, enjoying our cups of tea, bread, eggs, cheese.... and the seagulls!!!

Not the prettiest memory to bring back, but at least we got the photo, which will go with all the nice ones!!

Hello Amelia,

Seagulls have wings so that they can get to the local rubbish dump before the gyp***s!
Same reasoning applies to those that live at the seaside, and visitors food!
There is no solution - that is the problem!
