Hello dear Steve. yes it was a neat looking, different type planter. not even sure anything is planted in the top 3 buckets... I would think this is just for display. AND one could make this into a lovely planter with some pretty flowers..... thanks Steve. we DID have a great July 4th. went out of town to hear our boys sing with the group, Men of Praise...
