Hey dear Steve, thank you for your nice comment. this shot is same fence as last week's HFF shot but this shot is on the OTHER side of that fence and is close to the house as you can notice here. Yes this friend decorates EVERYTHING....:)) she;s terrific !! and a great friend.

HEY Nick, yes indeed, she does this kind of thing all around in her garden. she's a special friend of mine, now living alone, as she lost her husband in March as this awful virus began to kick off.

Well Sarah, If I were 30 years younger I would move to Sth.Carolina and open a shop that only sells white fence paint. I think I would find my fortune there. HFF for you and your family, stay safe stay well.

MAURICE, now wait! you want to move to S. Carolina?? OK I like South Carolina also, but I think I like Georgia better:) as that is home for us.. Yes white fences are popular here, and I guess maybe in S.. Carolina too. this home, as you may have seen last week, same property for my Fence shot, belongs to a friend who has lost her husband back in March just as the CoVid virus was kicking off good, She is alone now and we all try to stay in touch with her, as she is really sheltering in place with this epidemic all around. you and family also stay safe !!

Hey Peter, this lady, my friend, is sooo good at keeping her home and property always fun to visit and see what she is doing:) she has a lovely piece of property just outside of town, tho she is now alone, she and her only son, married and living not far from her, keep the large property in top shape....her husband died this year in March, BUT not from the Covid !!!

Lovely fence decorations, Sarah. Really sorry to hear about your friend's loss. It is good that she can count on friends to help her and ease her grief and solitude. In some instances this virus seems to have brought out the worse in people, but I think there is much more solidarity and mutual assistance among friends and neighbors than we imagine. These quiet outpourings don't make the news, but they should! It would help us all feel more hopeful and show that that if we stand by each other we can beat this thing.

Annalia, thank you for such a kind thoughtful visit / comment. Yes this great friend has had soooo many friends who have had to "stay away" because of the virus, as she is a high risk person so this epidemic has really been hard for her, but she has a devoted son and Daughter in law who are always there for her. another friend and I HAVE been out there, see last week's Fence shot. we had lunch just over that fence and in a little sun room. ( I posted the meal on my plate) :))) thanks again for the time you took for your thoughtful message !!
