Hey Roger, thanks for your visit and nice comment, yes, quite an incline here, tho we did not enter the gate. just a drive in the mountains of North Carolina and stopped for a shot of this great looking gate, have yourself a great weekend.

Hi Tanja, yes we believe this is private, we only slowed to snap the shot. It opens to a large estate with a large mansion type home that has been built AND DESERTED !!! NO on living in the large mansion!!! I see the letters L , N, A.... do not know what word this is.! thanks for your visit Tanja , best wishes Sarah

An excellent fence image Sraah, I like the way the fine fence is stepped up the hill with the woods providing a very nice backdrop to the scene.
