The only thing missing here is a lovely Cornish pub!
However, if you are thirsty enough to undergo a 25 minute trudge uphill, you can reward yourself with an energy re-charging and refreshing pint of bitter at The Logan Rock pub in Treen.

A wonderful photo of a lovely little Cornish village. Can you imagine how it would fare if there was a real onslaught of rain - I can see how it would just be taken into the sea, (remembering Boscastle a few years ago). Yet again, it is a beautiful area.

And Lynmouth 1952. All these places in the South West Peninsula at the seaward end of narrow valleys run this hazard and it is a risk that will increase with global warming.
