I used to get reprimanded for taking photos of the excellent ceramic wall sculptures you find in some Madrid metro stations. Station staff would come running up shouting 'Prohibido! Prohibido!' I learnt simply to wait until they were otherwise engaged!

Thank you, Rosa! Yes, even though they put about the equivalent of 8 measures, by our standards, of gin in an extremely large glass, the price is more than that of a good bottle of gin in the UK! Fortunately the day was a treat from a generous friend of my girlfriends and his English girlfriend. A good time was had by all!
