Yes it is, indeed. At the same time I have never been to Emmental... Anyway there is a documentary film turned some years ago in Emmental around the area of the Napf Peak. It's about the everyday life of a group of children living in these mountain farms apart from the world. It's so beautiful and delicate. I think you can find it online in the original version (auf Emmentaler Schweizer Deutsch with subtitles). Die Kinder vom Napf. Try to find it!

About Emmental I only know few things, learned trough the beautiful film Die Kinder vom Napf (under-titled, of course...) and another nice movie of the same director: Das Mädchen vom Änziloch, also turned in the same area with one of the girls seen in the documentary.

I found it in Youube, will look at it later, but it is only five minutes long so, just to give me the appetite to see more!

I have found this, 58 minutes long, but there isn't the rest (the movie is 87 minutes long)... So, you maybe will find it by hiring on a streaming platform.
