Un paradis sur l’eau
Roelofarendsveen (Pays-Bas) – On dirait une petite Venise, comme beaucoup de villes et villages des Pays-Bas. Avec douze mille habitants, cette commune de la province de la Hollande-Méridionale garde son statut de gros village. Si tous les habitants ont un vélo, rares ici sont ceux qui ne possèdent pas également un bateau. Personnellement, je me verrais bien résider dans un tel endroit.

Il suffit que je vende ma maison et ma voiture et que j'achète une petite maison sur les bords d'un lac ou d'un canal... Mais je ne parle pas le néerlandais. Et dans les campagnes, l'anglais n'est pas pratiqué par tout le monde. Et si je devais m'installer là-bas, ce ne serait pas dans une ville. Mais le pire, c'est que mon chien n'aime pas les cyclistes.
