Does anyone know what this is? It is from Santuario de Otun Colombia.

Hi David. This species is a Pyralid in the Crambidae family. The Genus will be Palpita, but I can't place the species, as there are a number in the Neotropics which are very familiar. This one may be Palpita persimilis, which is listed as a South American species, which is also shown as being from Brazil and other neighbour countries. Your specimen is a little faded (as many are when they appear), but the small spots can be a diagnosis if they can be seen. There is a European species which we sometimes get in the UK as a migrant, Palpita vitrealis, as well.
