I believe this is an old Pacific Gas & Electric truck from California, maybe a 1970s Ford. It appears to be equipped for drilling holes for poles.

This old man is in very bad shape. Possibly abandoned at a logging site for a long time, then brought to the museum. Collier Logging Museum, Oregon, USA.
