New medical building going up next to Skylakes Hospital. I think this will consolidate satellite clinics, such as orthopedics, general surgery, pediatrics, etc.

That's been happening, lately. Not exactly a building boom, but much of it related to the local hospital's expansion of outpatient services. The state health dept. has also taken an interest, as this county has the worst health in the state (as well as worst h.s. dropout rate).
