The spiked crown is missing. That guy is supposed to be the Statue of Liberty, advertising Liberty Tax Service. Trump and his rich friends are exempt - good times!

Their office must have moved. The arrow is pointing in the opposite direction now.
I am puzzled. The info stated that you both took and posted your photo on 21/04 and yet it must still be 20/04 in Oregon! (I type this at 9:23, 21/04 European time).

That's because I decided to edit on Pic Monkey after I uploaded. I sometimes I forget to correct the date, then. In the first photo he was standing across the street. You can barely see the Cimarron sign above the truck. He looks even freakier without the hat, because there's no context for the weird gown.
